We’re recruiting for a new Access Administrator & Coordinator role at Theatre Porto – a flexible, part-time opportunity supporting our growing access and inclusion work with children, young people and families.

The role could be offered as either a salaried position or freelance contract, depending on the successful candidate.

We’re looking for someone organised, warm and approachable, with experience or understanding of SEND and neurodivergent children and families. Lived experience is welcomed.
